Fiber Cement Siding is available in 12 foot lengths and cannot be delivered to residential locations with a lift-gate equipped truck. This product must be unloaded by hand. Due to the nature of this product it must be supported in the center while hand unloading. It is highly recommended that 3 persons be used to offload Fiber Cement Siding. Product breakage due to improper offloading is not covered by freight insurance or by BuildDirect. Always carry fiber cement siding on edge to prevent flexing and breakage. After unloading please use cross strip supports at 24" apart to avoid bending of the boards. After unloading siding must be covered with weatherproof cover until ready to install.
